GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Our terms and conditions of sale cover the entirety of sales and services provided by the company. They are the basis of any and all transactions undertaken by the parties (buyer and seller).
All services and products offered are free of further commitment. Once the merchandise has been ordered and is shipped the contract concludes and is terminated.
- PRICES
- All prices are given in Euros (€) and include all taxes but do not include shipping. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, however the products are billed at the rates current at the time the order is placed and recorded.
- PAYMENT
- Payment is made in advance at the time the order is placed by check or credit card.
- CANCELLATION DEADLINES
- According to current French law, all physical persons have the right to cancel an order within 7 days after they have received the merchandise and return it in excellent condition in the original, unopened packaging to PUR SAFRAN. You will be reimbursed for the value of the merchandise at no charge to you within 30 days at the latest. All returns require our prior consent. All shipping charges are charged to the client. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted.
- SHIPPING
- Our shipments are generally made using the "colissimo" transport system and the client is only required to cover shipping and handling. PUR SAFRAN is not responsible for the condition of merchandise upon delivery. We are exempt from all obligation once the package is handed over to the transport company and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of a package once it is in the hands of the transport company. Regarding deliveries, you must ascertain that the merchandise is not damaged (apparent damage at the time of delivery or once it is unpacked). The transporter is under obligation to allow you the necessary time to unpack the merchandise for verification. If the merchandise turns out to be damaged, you have two options: either you accept the merchandise in spite of the damage, in which case any subsequent return will be at your charge; or you refuse the delivery of the merchandise and the transporter is required to pay for the return of the merchandise. In either case, regulation regarding transport requires that any incidence of damage be reported within 3 business days by registered letter with a signed receipt. If you choose to keep the merchandise, it is mandatory that you preserve the merchandise exactly in the condition in which it was delivered.
All merchandise is shipped by PUR SAFRAN within 72 hours of your order, except when merchandise is Out of Stock as indicated on the website.
- PERSONAL DATA
- The January 6, 1978 French law, number 78-17, relative to information provided over the internet and information technology and liberties guarantees you the right to access and rectify all personal information you provide by simply sending an email to request any change to: contact@pur-safran.com.
- NEWSLETTER
- The client can accept that we send emails regarding promotional or advertised merchandise. This agreement can subsequently be revoked at any time.
- LEGAL INFORMATION
- These general terms and conditions of sale are regulated under French law. Any differences resulting from such transactions fall under the jurisprudence of the competent courts covering them in the region in which our company headquarters are legally registered.
